I love eating pizza, but normal pizza crust contains more carbs then allowed in keto diets. This is why I love this cauliflower pizza crust. Top it with your favorite ingredients and enjoy home made pizza that is keto friendly. I love it with a lot of cheese, some cured meats and a little basil to top it off.
THIN CRUST CAULIFLOWER PIZZA CRUST RECIPE
Yields: 2 serving
Net carbs: 5.9 grams
- 2 cup cauliflower (grated)
- 1 large egg, raw
- 1 cup, shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp parmesan cheese – grated
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Grate cauliflower and microwave for 3 minutes or until warm.
Mix in egg, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Lay parchment paper on a pizza pan, spray with cooking spray.
Spread cauliflower on paper and cook for 15 minutes, or until brown.
