To make things clear, these super delicious Snickers bites require just 3 ingredients – dates, peanut butter, and chocolate. The rest is purely optional. How amazing is that?!

All you need to do to enjoy these Snickers bites at home is to stuff dates with peanut butter and put some chocolate on top. Seems too easy to be true, right? Well, it’s one of the quickest and easiest recipes when it comes to making sweets at home. It took me 5 minutes to make these! It’s the ultimate emergency gluten and dairy-free sweet treat! And who doesn’t love Snickers?

I felt like making my bites a bit more fancy today. So I topped them additionally with roasted, shredded coconut, pomegranate, and the coconut salted caramel. You can do that too! It’ll be so, so delicious. And beautiful. But it’s totally optional. What you need for the basic version are only dates, peanut butter, and dark chocolate.

I use the coconut salted caramel a lot recently. But it’s because it’s the best vegan caramel I have ever tried. And it is sooo simple to make! Much simpler than a normal caramel with cream and butter. And you just need 4 ingredients. It’s AMAZING! And you can use it with chia puddings, ice creams, oatmeals, basically with anything you want.

  1. 3 Fresh dates
  2. 6 tsp Peanut butter
  3. Dark chocolate
  4. Shredded coconut (optional)
  5. Coconut salted caramel (optional)
  6. Pomegranate (optional)

Cut the dates in half, fill in with peanut butter, and top with chopped or grated dark chocolate.
