Snickers Chia Pudding With Salted Coconut Caramel
I’m a huge fan of Snickers. It’s my favorite chocolate bar! It’s just so good. And this simple breakfast (or dessert) is a perfect way to enjoy similar flavors at your home in just a few minutes. It’s like a dream come true. Plus, it’s gluten and dairy free.
I’m using almond milk and salted, roasted peanuts for this recipe. But you can totally go with different milk and add natural peanuts (healthier!).
But please roast them on a pan! It makes all the difference.
Feel free to top it with your favorite fruits. Blueberries, strawberries or maybe pomegranate? Whatever you want!
It’s delicious and super easy to make.
However, you’ll need the coconut salted caramel. Don’t feel intimidated to make it. It’s seriously easy to make! And most importantly, absolutely delicious!
Why this Snickers Chia Pudding is SO GOOD?
